'design for people in need'

August 2006 - MP Mrs Alicen Chelaite, together with the people from Girl Child Network, accompanied us to a primary school in Rongai district. Where we distributed sanitary towels and explained/demonstrated the usage of them, as many of these young girls never saw sanitary towels before.

Educational game to support the distribution of Sanitary Towels

Creating a bigger awareness around menses would solve many awkward
situations. It is definitely not just a women’s matter but men also
need to be informed as they are responsible in supporting the girls at
school and later on in life, their wife. Understanding is something that
a woman needs equal to having the right pads.
This is how the idea for an ‘educational game’ grew.
